Starting with the DIVER PLATFORM™ we design and develop an analytical and reporting solution unique to your businesses needs. All collected data and the way this information is presented is customised to suit the way your business works and your desired outcomes as discussed in the consultancy stage.
TRAINING
eProgram will provide training to your organisation to ensure complete understanding of DIVER™ and it’s reporting capabilities. Training can be provided either online or on-site. On-site training is customised to the needs of your organisation for a unique Business Intelligence solution.
SUPPORT
Ongoing technical support is provided to BI clients. Support is provided via email or through our helpdesk which operates during AEST business hours. Where a product solution is involved, eProgram provides necessary software reference manuals and product updates as they become available.
