eProgram has been delivering IT solutions all around Australia since 2000.
Specialising in IT Service Management and Business Intelligence, eProgram provides consulting services and product solutions. Our clients include ASX listed organisations, government departments and small to mid tier businesses operating in various industries, including healthcare, engineering and IT. We are proud of our high rate of client retention and the longevity of our client relationships and are happy to provide references.
One of our two core products is the iET Solution, which we have utilised to meet our client’s needs for more than 17 years. The iET Solution is a highly flexible, comprehensive, out of the box IT Service Management (ITSM) software which can be tailored to suit any organisation. eProgram also specialises in BI. Our customised business performance reporting uses the Dimensional Insight Diver Platform. By concentrating on these two core products, which are used continuously by our consultants, eProgram is able to consistently deliver efficient and on time implementations.

HELP DESK ASSOCIATION OF AUSTRALIA (HDAA)
eProgram is a corporate member of Help Desk Association of Australia. HDAA is an independent association specialising in the Service and Support Industry. Our membership allows us to keep in touch with the latest releases of industry tools, seminars and workshops in the IT Service Management area. HDAA also provides us with an excellent forum in which to broadly collaborate to define and resolve critical issues facing the ITSM arena.
AUSTRALIAN COMPUTER SOCIETY (ACS)
The Australian Computer Society (ACS) advance professional excellence in information technology. ACS is a recognised association for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) professionals, attracting a large and active membership from all levels of the ICT industry.
